When people hear the word “inflammation”, the first thing that comes to mind is a bit of pain, heat, or redness…
But the truth? Inflammation isn’t always something simple — it can actually be the start of something bigger and more serious! ⚠️

🔍 What is inflammation?
Inflammation is the body’s natural response to harm — whether from a microbe, injury, or even physical or emotional stress.
The body sends immune cells to “protect”… but when inflammation becomes chronic or keeps coming back, it can turn into a silent enemy!
You feel pain… but its danger goes way beyond just pain!

🔍 Types of inflammation:

1️⃣ Acute (Short-term):
Like a sore throat or a small wound. The body heals it and goes back to normal.

2️⃣ Chronic (Long-term) inflammation:
This is the more dangerous kind! Like endometriosis, chronic vaginal infections, arthritis, or even IBS (irritable bowel syndrome)…
Here, the inflammation lingers in the body and affects it — sometimes without you even feeling pain all the time.
