WITH ONE HIT

How many of you have ever played bowling 🎳 or at least seen the game before?

Now, do you have any idea what the connection is between a bowling ball and endometriosis 🎗️?

Let me explain.

The game of bowling is basically about holding a heavy bowling ball and trying to hit a group of pins arranged in a specific formation, aiming to knock them down in harmony — that’s a perfect strike! ✌️

The ball hits the first row of pins, and if the impact is strong enough, it pushes the rest of the pins behind them due to the force of the strike. Depending on how strong and accurate the hit is, all the pins may fall down at once.

Because one pin pushes another, and then that pin pushes the next one — until they all fall together.

A medium hit 🤏
Sometimes, the hit isn’t as strong or direct — so only some pins fall, maybe just one side, or maybe just one or two pins total.

And sometimes — especially in the beginning — the ball might not hit any pins at all and rolls off to the side. That’s what we call a beginner’s throw 🤌 (but hey, practice makes perfect!).

Bowling 🎳 is exactly like how endometriosis affects a girl’s body and her organs.
The disease has four stages:

  • Stage 1: The beginning — a light “hit”
  • Stages 2 & 3: Medium-level “hits” — affecting more parts
  • Stage 4: The “boss level” — the ball hits all the pins (organs), a deep and widespread impact
